Mindful eating focuses on your eating experiences, body-related sensations, thoughts and feelings about food, without judgment. Regular practice of mindful eating has many health benefits including:

In this free on-line workshop you will learn how to incorporate mindful eating into daily life and have the opportunity to complete a mindful eating practice. There will be time for discussion to answer any questions you may have.
