About the event

Welcome to our pasta making series! Each month, we will be introducing a new class to help you perfect your pasta-making skills. In addition to the regular classes, we have two bonus on-demand classes that will teach you the recipe for Chef Adam's award-winning gluten-free pasta dough, which will be used throughout the series. We also have a second class that will provide details on the equipment and tools that will be used over the course of this pasta-making series.

In this on-line demonstration Chef Adam will guide you through the process of creating the perfect lasagna with fresh pasta sheets, home made sauce and roastyed vegetables. Bonus: Chef Adam will also create a dairy free alternative!

This session, and all other  sessions, will be recorded for your convenience, allowing you to refer back to them at any time.
