About the event
Welcome to our pasta making series! Each month, we will be introducing a new class to help you perfect your pasta-making skills. In addition to the regular classes, we have two bonus on-demand classes that will teach you the recipe for Chef Adam's award-winning gluten-free pasta dough, which will be used throughout the series. We also have a second class that will provide details on the equipment and tools that will be used over the course of this pasta-making series.
In this on-line demonstration Chef Adam will guide you through the process of sheeting and cutting fresh gluten free pasta. This session, and all following sessions, will be recorded for your convenience, allowing you to refer back to them at any time.Â
