We understand the growing need for specialty cheffery. That's why we've created the world's first, entirely gluten free chef training program.

All recipes used throughout the program will offer dairy and nut alternatives.  Understanding how to replace ingredients without compromising on quality is an important skill.

Gluten Free Chef Training Certification

Duration: 14 weeks

Tuition: $1895 CAD

Admission Requirements

  • 18 years of age

  • Proficiency in English

  • Access to a working kitchen

Synchronous learning: 6-8  hrs

led by a Master Chef and Professional Baker

Self directed study: 4-6  hrs

  • Basic cooking equipment

  • Food cost is extra; you will be required to purchase groceries. Weekly grocery lists will be provided. 

  • Internet connection and computer capable of sustaining zoom video communications with webcam
